Mold Release FilmCerapeel™ (Non-silicone)
A high-performance mold release film with a releasable non-silicone coating on a PET film surface. Suitable for electronic component applications where it is preferred that contamination due to silicone component migration be avoided.
Cerapeel™ (non-silicone) is a PET film coated with a releasability-imparting agent, such as non-silicone resin.
- Manufactured using clean equipment with dustproof control.
- Used in electronic component and other such applications where contamination due to silicone component migration is not tolerated.
- Coatings can be made uniformly because of the low surface activity.
- With the newly developed light release type—which was conventionally difficult to produce—we now have light to heavy grades of release available. Select the type that suits your application.
Features
- Light release type
- Medium release type
- Heavy release type
