PPS/PET/PPS filmTLT™
Composite film TLT™ has excellent electrical, heat resistant, and mechanical characteristics, and can be used in areas requiring a higher heat resistance than polyester films.
TLT™ consists of Torelina™ polyphenylene sulfide film and PET film, and is a three-layer heat resistant insulating material with the composition shown below. It is widely used in F-type insulation systems as a thin electrical insulation material as it has excellent electrical, heat resistant, and mechanical characteristics, as well as flexibility. Both the films composing TLT™ are biaxially oriented, so it can be used in the same processing and mounting processes (automatic insertion, etc.) as polyester film, and its workability can be greatly improved.
